fish in limited supply.

Division of Liquor Control to serve alcoholic beverages seven days

organization organized for a charitable cause, cultural, fraternal
or educational purpose, to sell beer or intoxicating liquor by the
drink, at a place where the sale of beer or intoximcating liquor on
that day is otherwise permitted by law. The applicant-organization
shall not be affiliated with the holder of any permit other than a
D-4 permit, but a D-4 holder cannot be issued an 'F-2' in its own name.
An 'F-2' permit is effective for not more than forty-eight (48) hours,
and no sales can be made after 1:00am."
"No more than two 'F-2' permits can be issued to the same applicant
