Conveniently situated between downtown Cleveland and the Akron suburbs off of I-77, the state-of-the-art Cuyahoga Valley Career Center is the perfect venue to hold your next meeting or school related event. Cuyahoga Valley Career Center is a smoke and alcohol free facility, making it especially friendly for high school, college or health related events.

This beautiful facility is 100% wireless and offers two computer labs (Mac and PCs), along with laptop computer rentals. The naturally lighted Ballroom seats 400 guests and has access to an outdoor patio overlooking the Cuyahoga Valley. The Ballroom offers a full stage for performances or presentations. Your associates will enjoy mingling in the reception area, followed by a sit-down dinner or buffet in the Ballroom. On-site parking is included in the rental costs.

Does your event require additional rooms for seminars, breaks, or breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets? Breakout space is available at the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center, which offers several classrooms, a meeting room and a conference room. The Ballroom and breakout spaces are available to rent on an individual basis. The E-Library in the original building features a computer lab, a sophisticated lounge area and small conference rooms. All rentable rooms have coat racks, chairs, desks, dry erase board, and wireless internet access. Rooms can be configured any way to fit your group's needs.

Available Rooms

Ballroom

• The Ballroom offers seating for 400 guests, dance floor space and a full stage. It also has access to the patio.
• There are full multimedia capabilities for speakers, performances and PowerPoint presentations, and video monitors for broadcast presentations.

Meeting Room

• Located on the second floor on the south side of the building, Meeting Room 670 looks out over the Ballroom.
• Seats 30 in a classroom style configuration.

Classrooms (6 - 8 total):

• There are four classrooms on the second floor, south side. Two are regular size and seat 30, and the other two are doubles which can be partitioned into two rooms each, respectively. Three of these have sinks, and all have access to restrooms at the end of the hall.
• All rooms come with dry erase board, ergonomic chairs and moveable 2'x5' tables.
• Two more regular sized classrooms are available for rent on the second floor, north side.

E-library:

• Located on the first floor of the north side.
• The E-Library has a computer lab, a small conference area and a lounge area with leather couches and chairs.
• This is a great space for breaks and hors d'oeuvre receptions.

Conference Room A:

• Located next to the E-Library on the north side.
• Seating for 100.
• Comes with P/A system, screen, projector and podium with microphone, all included in rental price.
