Sammy's Metropolitan Restaurant & Ballroom is an architectural wonder that offers a panoramic view of Cleveland's skyline and north coast, perfect for your wedding, benefit or corporate holiday event.

Sammy's Metropolitan Restaurant has graciously served Cleveland's business community lunch on the 21st floor of the Huntington Building since 1991. Conveniently located on the corners of East 9th Street and Euclid Avenue, just a few city blocks walk to PlayhouseSquare, Jacob's Field, Cleveland State University and the Cleveland Convention Center. Enjoy Chef Dan's freshly made crab cakes and daily soups, quesadillas, pastas and dessert specials.

Sammy's Metropolitan Restaurant serves lunch to the general public Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 1:30pm.

Sammy's MetroExpress™ helps you feed staff or visitors to your offices or in our private meeting rooms. Box meals, breakfast or lunch buffets, foods and beverages for meeting breaks delivered right to your office in the Huntington Building or picked up by your courier service. Just call, fax or email your orders 48 hours in advance for groups of 15 or more. And if you had a same day feeding appear on your to do lists, Sammy's Metropolitan Restaurant menu is available for you to choose from as well. Sammy's Metropolitan Ballroom is a one of a kind experience for groups of up to 400 for a seated event or 700 for a theater style reception. Our 21st floor location offers a panoramic view of Cleveland's North Coast. The historic 1924 Art Deco ballroom was built as the ticket lobby for the U.S. Airship Company of North America. Zeppelins flew from Cleveland to New York City and Chicago. You boarded the belly of the Zeppelin right from the 21st floor of the Huntington Building formerly called the Union Trust Company. Sammy's Metropolitan Ballroom is available 24/7, centrally located and ideal for group training, meetings and conferences.

The Huntington Parking Garage is conveniently located at 947 Chester Avenue, one block north of The Huntington Building. Your guest will never have to brave the elements once they park in The Huntington Parking Garage (see parking garage directions.) Please contact Essex Long at Ampco Parking at 216-621-8113 to arrange for guest parking for your event at Sammy's Metropolitan Restaurant & Ballroom.

Handicap Accessibility: Guest needing assistance should be dropped off at the main entrance of The Huntington Building at 925 Euclid Avenue. Wheelchairs are available from the concierge desk.

The Huntington Parking Garage Directions: Proceed north on East 9th Street pass Euclid Avenue, turn right onto Chester Avenue. The parking garage will be on your left. Once you have parked your car, proceed west to The Huntington Building elevators, remember your floor color, and take the elevator to the basement level and turn right out of the elevator. An underground passage will take you under Chester Avenue, to The Huntington Building Concourse. Take the escalator to the elevator lobby. Proceed to the last bank of elevators past the concierge desk.
